Payment is required at time of purchase via credit card or PayPal. Items will not be made or sent until payment is complete. Once an order has been placed, the item is then in production and cannot be canceled.

Payment is accepted via Direct Checkout or PayPal. No other forms of payment are accepted.



All orders are sent via USPS.

We ship in a durable, cardboard envelope within a clear cello plastic to help ensure that your stickers arrive in as crisp condition as they were when they were sent to you.

Please consider purchasing insurance for your order. Insuring your order's package will guarantee a refund via the USPS if lost in transit.

Once orders are marked as shipped, we are no longer the responsible party of the package. It is then in the hands and responsibility of the USPS. Any packages marked as delivered are absolutely no longer my responsibility. We will not replace or refund any order marked as delivered by the USPS under any circumstance. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Be sure that your address is correct and up to date in your account profile. You can change or update this at any time. If an order ships to an incorrect address by fault of the buyer, we will not resend or refund any items. If the USPS cannot verify an address when creating a shipping label, we will contact you before purchasing the shipping label and await your response before shipping any items. This can cause a delay in the shipping of your order to no fault of ourselves. If we do not hear back from you within 5 business days, we will issue you a full refund and your order will not be shipped.

Orders may not move during US holidays. Also, shipping during the holiday season between Thanksgiving and Christmas could take longer than usual due to the large influx of mail during that time of year. We can guarantee an order to be shipped with sufficient time to reach it's destination before holidays, but the actual processing, transit, and delivery of that item IS NOT guaranteed because we have absolutely no control over the package once it's in the hands of the postal service.

To guarantee order shipment (NOT arrival, as that is in control of the USPS) in time for Christmas, ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY DECEMBER 5TH.

Occasionally, packages sent internationally can be held up by customs when entering your country. This can delay the delivery of your package and also accrue charges. We have no way of knowing if your package will be held at customs and/or if it will cost any fees, or how much they will be. The buyer is responsible for knowing what the threshold is for order amounts in which customs fees may be charged. In which case, customs fees are a part of shipping your order and are, therefore, the financial responsibility of the buyer. Packages in the hands and control of the postal/parcel service are no longer in our control. We cannot refund, reimburse, or compensate in any way for customs fees. You have the right and ability to refuse receiving any order in which has incurred customs charges, which will then be sent back to the seller. If you do not dispute or deny these charges, you are willingly accepting these fees, which cannot be reimbursed by me, the seller. If you would like to dispute your customs charges, you will need to contact your country's postal service.

Refunds and Exchanges

We try very hard to provide you with a quality product and want you to love what you get. Refunds are made in a case by case scenario and only within 14 days of order delivery per the tracking information. Any accepted returns or exchanges must be sent back in the condition in which they arrived. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No shipping fees can be refunded.

Any order marked as delivered by the USPS will not be replaced under any circumstance. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we will surely do our best to remedy the situation and make you happy. Each order and issue is taken as a case by case scenario. Photos are REQUIRED for any and all order disputes.


Additional Policies and FAQs

Coupon/Promo Codes
Only one coupon code per transaction can be honored. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a promo code at the time of checkout. Once the order is placed we are unable to add a discount to orders retroactively.

Some listings are not eligible for promos, coupons, or discounts of any kind due to the type of item they are; grab bags, mystery kits, custom items, etc.

You can mix promo eligible and promo ineligible items in your cart with no issues. During checkout, if using a promo code, that code will apply only to the eligible items in the cart. The ineligible items will still charge as regular price.
